- Free postage is available on all orders of $50 and more.
- Please see the Postage page for information on the cost of Air Mail postage to your region or to have your parcel sent by Registered Mail.
Loyalty Rewards Club.
- Each purchase must be a complete transaction, but doesnt have to meet a minimum price limit.
- A 20% discount can be claimed on the 11th completed transaction.
- Rewards must be claimed within 12 calender months of earning them.
(Within 12 months of the 10th purchase date).
- Rewards can be transfered to another party with your written permission.
(Ie - you can give them to your friend, mother, daughter etc)
Yes - alterations can be offered on some of my designs.
- Earrings - I can change Silver plated earwires to Sterling Silver.
- You can choose between earwires, leverbacks or studs in various finishes
- Some lengths can be altered.
- Bracelets - some can be lengthened or shortened, but this will depend on the design.
- Necklaces - several can be lengthened with the addition of an extension chain and some can easily be adapted, but many may not be suitable for adaptation.
Yes- some of my designs can be duplicated or remade in different materials and stones to suit you requirements.
- This will depend on the availability (and suitability) of the materials and the original design.
Yes - you can commission me to make a custom-made piece - Just for you!
- I can work with you to design an item to suit your gown for a Wedding, Ball or other special occassion.
- I can make duplicates of a chosen design for Bridesmaids etc.
Yes - there may be extra costs in arranging alterations or commissions.
- There would be a small charge for changing an earwire from Silver-plate to Sterling Silver, but not necessarily for changing from an earwire to stud earring.
- Lengthening a bracelet or necklace with an extension chain would incur a minimal cost, but having to adapt the whole design would be charged for on an hourly basis and for extra materials. It is often cheaper for the customer to start the design from scratch to suit their requirements.
- Commissions and large alterations will require a 50% deposit once the design has been finalised but before the start of crafting the item. The balance will be due on the final fitting date.

Care information for your purchased item.
Care is taken in the making of each item and to keep them looking their best please limit any contact with chemicals such as perfume, hairspray and deodorants which may dull or damage the beads and tarnish the settings and findings. To refresh your piece, wipe it with a damp cloth and buff with a soft lint free cloth. Use a suitable cleaning agent (as above) if required.
Many beads and gemstones are breakable so please treat gently and you will get many years of pleasure from your investment.
